New kahr owner

Just a quick hello to you all. I live in AZ and have been looking for a better/smaller/lighter CCW than my sig. I picked up a CW9 to try kahr out. Looking forward to learning more about these little gems.

Check out the PM9 for a light weight carry. It's a bit more money, but light & mine has been very reliable not to mention accurate.

I checked out the PM9. With only a 1/2 " difference in length and height and less than two ounces difference I went with the CW9. Also and most importantly, I can get my whole hand on the CW versus one finger hanging off pn the PM.

I am 6'4", 300lbs. No problem hiding that extra 1/2" either.

Yes wynn we do like our 45's around here. Just remember that some don't like a 45 for what ever reason.

Oh like jocko, and and a few more. I actually met a guy who had so much money that he would trade a brand new gun in just because he got tired of playing with it. Some were never fired. He only bought 380 and 9mm. Did that for some time, I even got my long departed Bersa from him. But yes there are folks who don't like the 45. Ain't right in my book, kinda like a guy who doesn't carry a pocketknife, just not natural.

The CW9 is a fine weapon.....go shoot it and let us know how you like it. i hope you enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine!!!!

An interesting thing about the 45. If you add the 4 and the 5 you get a 9....

Dont listen to these people they will just lead you astray I just sold a glock to get my second kahr. I bought the pm9 first and now a cw45 I think the sickness has taken over but am fighting it as best I can .Good luck with avoiding the illness but I must say they are great guns and the people in here are the best.

Welcome to the asylum....you'll find it interesting to say the least. These Kahr's can be very addictive (trust me I know all too well). What's not to like with a .45?
