Just ordered a CM9 from classicfirearms for $299 plus shipping. I should pick it up by the end of the week. Own several guns but this was actually my first new gun purchase. I can't wait to shoot it and hoping to get one that doesn't have issues feeding the ammo. I know it is part of the break in as I have a Kimber compact 45 that has the same issues and was told by them it was normal during the break in. Only about 150-200 rounds through it. I am guessing the Kahr is similar with the tight tolerances. We'll see.

Let me be the first to welcome you -
Welcome.

And yes Kahr too says 200 rounds or so before you put it in to service. Can confirm, my CW45 was a bear the first 75 rounds or so, I don't think I had a string of fire more than 4 rounds consecutive - then got better and better until now after 700 +/- rounds smooth as butter with no worries at all when I carry it.

Good luck and hope to hear back with a range report when you get a chance.

I bought a CM9 last summer. I got a good one. 775 rounds with not a single issue.

I hope mine runs that well. Just picked it up this evening. Cleaned and lubed. Been working the slide tonight, probably a couple hundred times or more. Raining here the next couple days but hoping to shoot it this weekend. We'll see. I know whey everyone gets grips to put on them. I feel it in my hands just from racking the slide..ha.

Welcome and I hope you enjoy your kahr. I have just over 400 rds through my cm9 but I did have one double feed on rd 397 which surprised me. No other failures. A breeze to carry.

Got it Wednesday. Cleaned, racked, left locked back overnight. Shot 50 rounds yesterday evening as it was getting dark. Ran perfect. No failures and I was actually pretty accurate with it. I was definitely impressed.

Goid news there. Mine has been excellent for more rounds than I know.
