PM 45 ejections rearward into face issues

I have seen two YouTube videos where there were issues of cases flying backward into the face/forehead of the shooter when ejected on PM 45s. The reviewers mentioned that. Is this a constant problem with the Kahr PM45? What experience has any of you PM45 owners had with cases flying back in your face?

The only time I ever get a case in the face is when I get a little lax with my grip.

Seems to work just fine but get sloppy and I get a wake up call.

Weak ammo. Kahrs love hot loads. I've run more than 15k of my handloads through my PM45's and weak loads will cause less than optimum performance.
