I know there have been many threads about Magguts and Kahr pistols. This is not another.

This thread is about Magguts customer service.

Rant on...

I bought two +1 kits for my P380. They are expensive. Magguts promptly emailed me and asked me for a favorable review. I emailed back that I'd like to try 'em out for a bit and then do a review.

I'm having some NEW problems with my P380 that may or may not be related to the Magguts kits. I wrote them and asked that they write or give me a call to discuss. That was days and days and days ago.

No return call, no return email, no contact of any kind.

After that Magguts again emailed me and asked for a favorable review.

Fat chance on a favorable review from me at at this point, and an unfavorable one will be coming if/when I determine that my P380 problems are Magguts related.

Rant off...

I don't see how the problem could be related to your magguts. I have the kits installed on all of my P380 mags.

I agree with Bob on this one too. Not seeing a connection.

But asking for a favorable review, that would irritate the heck out of me..

It sounds like the magguts are the variable. My PM9 runs just fine and it's completely stock.

I have the same opinion as the others that speak of their personal Kahr 380s.

I would like to know what your pistol is doing. Maybe the forum can help.

Oh.... and yes the positive review fishing from companies drives me crazy.

It would seem a simple task to return the magazines to stock, and then test the trigger on your P380.

I did this several times without definitive results.

Anyway, my post is/was about their customer service, not their product.

For me the jury is out on their product--not so much on their customer service...

I realize this is an older thread and I have no irons in this fire but I understand what Alphonso is conveying here. I think in this day and age a company that doesn’t respond to emails in a timely matter is not worthy of my hard earned dollars.

Good customer service which is getting rarer and rarer these days and prompt responses to emails should be an essential part of any business hoping to be successful.
