I don't mean rarest Kahrs. Those are the T9s. No, what I mean is which model is least popular with Kahr owners.

I think it's probably one of the TP series. I haven't seen very many posts about them. I see plenty of T9 posts, but not many TP. Or CT, for that matter.

Least owned Kahr.......That would have to be a K45.........

I know, but if only they would make um they would be a huge seller.....I would agree the TP pistols seem to be a solution to a problem that never existed....Too big and a single stack and there are so many other better choices out there in a double stack carry pistol priced about the same that would be a much better choice than the TP series for belt carry.....Now if Kahr would only wise up and start making a K45 I will be first in line for one of those.....I know but one can dream.........

You'll have to settle for # 2 getsome, I'm # 1 in line for a K45.

I bought my T9 because it's a T9----all steel, wood grips, made to a high standard of fit and finish. The TP9 is the same size, and would likely perform as well----but it wouldn't be as nice to shoot as the T9. I don't carry my T9 because it's too big for the ammo capacity, when can I can carry my Glock 26 or even my Glock 19 for the same weight.

I would be all over a K45 or a T45. In a heartbeat.

The TP/CT series are, as you said, a solution in search of a problem.

Don't forget the new S series. Who asked for a rail and a shard of metal riveted to the side of the grip?

Not that anyone asked me, but I'd recommend that Kahr stick with the all-steel guns and the "C" series. Drop the others, even the "premium" plastic models. Add a K45 and/or a T45. Eventually maybe the .40 cal. models could be phased out if demand drops. And forget about all the cute colors, stick with all black or black and stainless. They could pretty up the engraving on the C series so it looks fancier without spending a lot on it.

I'd also recommend they look into a double stack 9mm, just because I think it would sell like crazy.

As I unholster my TP45 from the 3 o’clock belt position I’m thinking damn glad I’m not carrying that heavyweight T series pistol.

So it looks like a solution to a heavy problem.

All-steel heavy guns still exist because sometimes we like to shoot just for the pleasure of it.

It all depends on what you're used to. My EDC is a 1911. So on the weekend when I "Just" carry my K9, it feels very light.

I'm inclined to believe the E9 might be the rarest of Kahr pistols and, considering that it was discontinued, perhaps the least popular.

Just bought a TP40. I don't see much about TP's either. And the capacity is not impressive. But these little short fingers love it. If I could just get them to move the mag release either a little closer or a little farther away. Anything in 40 is really cheap at Buds now. Unfortunately it's already on its way back to Kahr without firing a single shot.

This right here! Cept I usually "Just" carry my PM45. Usually forget it's there.
In the immortal words of Clint Smith, it's supposed to be comforting, not comfortable but I've found even the all steel 1911 can ride quite nicely with zero discomfort. Works for me.

Least popular may be the mk9/40. Seems very few people own them. The TP45 seems to be another model shunned by most. As to the T9 and TP9, I've owned both and I prefer the TP over the T. Recoil is the same but the T irritated my middle finger. Nice gun but not my favorite Kahr.

Just got home from running 100+ through the TP45 and as I slipped it into the holster I thought “why does Kahr make a gun like this”. At times I do carry my CZ97, now that’s heavy.

You would think it would be the .380's with all the complaints...…………………………………………….I still love all metal firearms...……...heavy but usually very accurate. All metal can be carried comfortably, if you have the right set up. My MK9 carries OWB with ease. I've been carrying it front pocket forever. Imagine how light it feels in an OWB rig.:p

MK40 Elite is the only Kahr gun I own - LOL!
My vote for the least owned?
+1000 for the Unicorn K45.
If I ever get wind of one, It's Mine

I have a problem believing that. Of all the Kahrs I've owned, eight total, my MK40 is by far my favorite, and I don't even like the 40 S&W round. I have never heard an MK owner say a bad word about them.

Some folks at the Seecamp forum own MK's, and absolutely love them. One guy has listed an MK9 for sale (same guy I bought my CW380 from), but I think he's just reducing his inventory of guns he doesn't carry much. His EDC is a P380. It could be that most MK's are safe queens, but that's just a guess.

I reckon if I sat down all day a 1911 would be comfortable to me, too. :D

That probably does help some, same applies to the ankle holster. Pretty much the only thing the leg is good for, hanging stuff on it.

I spend almost all day sitting, myself, but I have no excuse. :(

Least popular to me means..... the one Kahr handgun I did not like or will not own again. For me, it was the CW380. Reasons were ...380 acp (why when 9mm is cheaper and slightly more powerful). To much work trying to get it broken in to be reliable...and to much money on ammo to do so with. Size difference of CW380 and CM9 not substantial enough to say size of CW380 easier to conceal. Overall trading it on a CM just worked better for me...and that is the key phrase...FOR ME!
