This one of the coolest demonstrations I’ve ever seen. Cut -a-way guns we have all seen but a
cut- a-way that’s functional and in action is beyond words. And besides I love the 1911 format

LOL, I still find the Vickers/Hackathorn/Wilson Combat connection amusing after all the slobbering Vickers & Hackathorn did over the HK45 a few years back.

Pretty cool video, interesting sound effects in slow motion. Looks like quite a bit of unburned powder flew out the muzzle, too.

I noticed that unburned powder too. Slow motion is pretty interesting. I'm surprised at the amount of smoke ahead of the bullet too.

Good video but what's with Vickers and the gloves?

Good video but what's with Vickers and the gloves?

He doesn't want to get gunshot residue on his hands?

Has a deal to promote a glove maker?

I've never been able to do anything with gloves that wasn't easier and better without gloves on. Unless it's really really cold out.

That's me as well, I can't do much with gloves on. If I'm pushin the chair for long distances I have some gloves I put on but they don't have fingers or thumbs.

Most of the guys here put on latex gloves to clean their guns, I can't do it. I seek out one of the girls for some hand lotion after cleaning.

I could never be a surgeon, couldn't handle the gloves.

With all the glove stuff aside I love to see the machine in slow motion and to watch the sear reset and how the empty cartridges come out of the slide. I always see a small dent on the empty brass now I see that it does a 180 degree spin and slam back on the slide. One answer in life I was looking for.

I was particularly interested in the sear area and the workings there. First time I watched I didn't see it, seemed like it was going too fast, but I just watched it again and saw it clearly, guess I was more focused.

It's a pretty cool cut away. Love to play with it in person .

That was AWESOME! Loved it! I’m amazed at how little locking lug surface area, barrel to slide, is left and it was still running well (or so it would appear that it was). Thanks for saring Harrylee!
