Kahr has a FO front sight listed for the CM/CT/CW series pistols (I'm guessing the 380 guns are excluded):

Dawson also has a FO front sight, but has listed for only CM/CW. I imagine it will also work on the CT series, but you could call them to verify this. (again I imagine the 380 guns are excluded as Dawson has a separate listing for the CW380):
