View Full Version : Kahr PM40 loading magazines
What's the best magazine loader for PM40 magazines.
Mighty stiff spring.
If they're new, fight to get them loaded and then let them sit. Did you clean them yet? They come from the factory with some seriously sticky gunk in them. Best to get that out before trying to use them.

I have several loaders but these are the best in my opinion and cheap.

Really happy with the ETS CAM loader https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B074Q22SQG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_jSg6CbG1K61PA
Best of the best.

I like my Uplula, but it is harder to use with shorter mags.

Uplula mag loader... After a bunch of springs flying and me swearing, I finally installed the Wolff +5% springs. Took a lot of elbow grease and sore fingers to get the magazines loaded, but even with them being +5% more tension, they were easier to reload after having them sit. I have no problem loading my older Kahr mags.

I just picked up my CM40 yesterday and prepped it for the range, including loading up the mag to let it sit for a day or two. I found the mag super easy to load so is it possible that Kahr started using different mag springs? This is the 5 round mag.
