I guess I'm kind of paranoid, because the MagGuts .380 spring has a good reputation with the Kahr community, but there's just something about the way it's put together that gives me pause about relying on it in a carry gun. I bought an ETS 7 round magazine for my Glock 43 that claimed to put seven rounds in a six round package, and it doesn't work very well at all.

I figure if I want to carry seven rounds in my CM9, I'll just carry the factory +1 magazine.

Another option for plus one in a CM9 is an extension from Lakeline. Here’s mine with some rubberized grip material added to it.
