CM45 problems

I have put around 650 rounds through my CM45 and have started to have issues with rounds jamming with my six round mags. Specifically from the fourth to the fifth rounds fired. The five round mag that came with the gun seems to be functioning just fine. Also the slide stop is working it’s way out of the gun when cycling through the six round mags. Any suggestions?

I'd look to the slide stop first. In that vein, first check that the end of slide stop spring that engages the lever has not become bent out of shape.
It should look like this:

If that's good, check how tight the slide stop spring retaining screw is:

If the above doesn't help with the other problem you are having, I'd first suggest swapping magazines followers between the 5 and 6 round magazines.
