I just picked up my new Kahr CT380 in the Tungsten finish (from Bud’s Gun Shop) and after cleaning/oiling it, took it to the range for a quick 50 rounds. Overall, the pistol did great. I had a FTE in the first and last magazines, both on the last round in the magazine; no other issues. I was only shooting Winchester FMJ Target load (95 gr.). I own a boatload of 9mm and 45 ACP guns, but this is my first .380 ACP pistol and I like it. The gun pointed well and I like the fact I can (barely) get all three fingers on the grip. I was only shooting from about 8-9 yards, but I was shooting about a 3-4” group at moderate speed, so I was pleased. More to come and I’ll include photos next time.

Thanks for the range report.
It should smooth out, particularly with better ammo. Mine won’t shoot WWB at all, but eats everything else.

I agree. I’m going to order some S&B 92 gr 380 auto ammo, which is fairly hot, so I’m thinking that’s a good place to start.

I finally received my 500 rounds of S&B 92 gr 380 auto ammo and ran about 50 rounds through the CT380 this afternoon. Perfect session - no FTE or FTF observed. I know the 380 auto is only slightly smaller than the 9mm round, but this gun seems to handle it well and it’s a pleasure to shoot. A few more rounds and it will become my preferred CCW pistol.

That’s good news. I love mine.
