I purchased a PM40 pocket holster from the Kahr site and pocket carry is not bad at all. It is very heavy but manageable in suit/dress slacks. I remove holster from pocket at office and place in pocket when I'm out. In the past with my CW40 I used the Smart Carry without suit coat or shoulder holster with suit coat but I'm like'n this pocket carry with the PM40.

PS: My wife shoots a P380 and I've had CW 40 and now PM40. My son has a PM9. We have not experienced any problems at all with our Kahr pistols (except for recoil nut on PM comming off but that's minor). Makes me wonder about all of these new Kahr owners that experience so many problems. I'm sure like anything else mechanical there are lemons but perhaps there is a lot of operator error!

I also pocket carry my PM 40 when I am in dress clothes. Very convenient and concealable. Love to shoot it too. My dad just bought a P 380 and ordered a pocket holster for his from Kahr also.

Your Dad will fall in love with P380 pocket carry. I purchased a P380 holster also and find myself pocket carrying my wife's P380 on occasion.

I love the PM40 and find it very controllable and easy to carry. I actually prefer the PM40 to the Glock 23 I used to own.

By the way, I am an arthritic senior so not much bravery is required.

RETOPS. People need to understand that when we hit the "senior" age thing, we know life is much shorter for us, so basically PLEASE DON'T F--K WITH US..

Just purchased my PM4044N and a crimson laser. Also a pocket holster from www.pocketholsters.com (http://www.pocketholsters.com). I plan to pocket carry and it makes me feel better to read some positive feedback. I also plan to attempt to become very familiar with this pistol by shooting IDPA with it using a gould and goodrich belt carry. I will need to tape over the laser during the shoot.

With very light dress slacks, I worry that my PM40 is just a tad too heavy. I carry my P380 in an RKBA pocket holster on those days. I carry daily.
