Interchangeable Parts question

Perhaps this has been asked before; if so please point me to the threat, but aside from the sights, are the parts interchangeable between the CT9 and the TP9? E.g. barrels? These are the same size and caliber; just one if the budget version and the other is the deluxe version.

Not sure about the barrels but many of the other parts are. The frame is identical I believe but there may be some slight differences in the slide. Someone should chime in with answers shortly.
