Still, one of those might make a nice reload.

Use the 5 or 6 round mag in my PM40, and carry a 9 or 10 round mag as a reload.

That should be easy to conceal.

I'll buy at least one if they ever make an extended mag for my PM40.

That's pretty ugly looking, and just went with the magguts instead, so you have 8 round capacity using your flush mag, and a 8 round capacity using the 7 (now +1) round spare. 16 rounds out of a PM9 seems plenty, considering they say the average defensive shooting is 3 rounds and 3 seconds.
