The trigger pin on the P9 that I just bought works itself over to the left side after shooting. It will move about 1/10". It poses no real problem, but I would like it to stay put none-the-less. Does anyone have a quick fix? This is a 2001 model and does not have a tiny pin through the frame into the trigger pin to secure it, so I need another fix if there is one.

I've put 344 absolutely flawless rounds through the gun, replaced the recoil spring and installed a new set of Mepro night sights. So far the only problem has been the pin poking out after shooting 100 rounds or more.

This gun is going to replace my usual CCW, a HK P2000sk, for a while to see if there's any difference in carry comfort and concealability. If it proves as good as I suspect it will most likely become my CCW. Replacing a HK P2000sk is high praise... high praise indeed.

A little dab of acra glas or I believe Jocko uses crazy glue or some such thing should cure that. Acra Glas comes with some dies brown and black, I'd probably do brown so in case the pin ever did have to come out I'd know exactly where it is. Not sure that would even be necessary but I like to plan ahead. Shouldn't take much to keep it in place.

My PM9 looks like the retaining pin was inserted from the inside, since it seems as if there is an outward budge in the plastic where it almost protrudes?? And my P380 was protruding a bit recently, and I used a center punch and light taps with a screwdriver base to make it flush again (pix). I don't know how else those trigger pivot pins can stay in place. Maybe your retaining pin fell out?? Or got bent... pushed aside??
