Here's a link to the video:

This is "Teachenor and Clark" that wrote, performed, produced, edited this entire video on their own with very little help other than one night in the studio, a few like minded back-up musicians and a bit of professional production help.
Ben is a native of my little berg, and I've known him since he was "Little Ben" singing and playing music in church. He moved to Nashville several years ago as the banjo player for Taylor Swift and was with her through the music awards show and the international tour. When she went "hollywood", he decided to return to his roots..... good old country boy conservative living.
Their new song has made quite a splash on the interenet, and being picked up by a few influencial outlets. It's been linked on Glen Beck's blog site, they are to be scheduled for Laura Ingram's radio show, possibly Huckabee's show, and tonight they had a 13 minute segment live on Cam's show on the nranews dot com site. His Dad called me this morning to see if I had hi-speed internet service that could handle the live stream from the web site so that he and the missus could come over to catch the show. We did, and it was great.
Day after tomorrow, his Dad and I and a few of our hunting buddies are headed "out west" to reduce the "bird of peace" population, and lo-and-behold, Ben and one of his musician buddies are going to fly out to make the trip with us this year. He definately needs the break. This boy has been hunting and fishing since he was three years old and is just as much at home in the woods and swamps as he is in Nashville (when his wife allows;)).
The boys that did the song both realize that they played their trump cards earlier in life than most entertainers (outing themselves as solid conservatives in a liberal business environmet), but are so passionate about their patriotism they are willing to sacrifice the unknown wealth obtainable from their respective talents and connections to try to make a difference in the mindset of the nation. Any support you guys can throw their way would be greatly appreciated.
Since we now have nine planning to make our hunting trip instead of the normal 6 (one of the offspring of a another regular in our group that grew up with Ben is going this year) we have decided to at least double the food bill for the trip. Them youngsters can put away the groceries.
I hope y'all enjoy the music:)
