I picked up a used MK40, and spotted a LG-461 on eBay for cheap. After getting the grips in hand, I saw they were missing the inner battery covers. A quick call to crimson trace and they are sending me NOS ones and a set of adjustment wrenches. All at no cost to me, that is some pretty stellar customer service and product support. They will be getting any laser business of mine in the future.

Yes that is good service and I hope it works for you!Congrats on the K9, I had one and regret selling it, though I did sell it to partially pay for a Ruger Match Champion. You will enjoy the K9.

So I had to come back, the box from crimson trace arrived today, and not only did they send me the missing parts, they sent a pair of batteries and several cleaning swabs. Awesome!
