With people locked in, gyms closed, this is a great workout for gun owners.

A workout all too many Americans practice daily.

I have cleaned every gun I own at least three times. Oddly surprised about the lack of lubrication on some that have not been used in a while.
Good lesson.

Greg and I noticed and commented on that same thing. Wonder where it goes. Wouldn't think it would evaporate.

Back in bootcamp a few years ago, we had what was supposed to be a punishment if screwed something up during the day. After the day was done, you would go to the gym with the other screw ups, of course carrying your M1 Garand with the action welded shut and the barrel filled with lead, to do calisthenics for an hour with the M1 in our hands at all times and mostly above our heads.
I did end up going once, can't remember why. The next morning I asked the Chief if I could do it every night, and I was being serious. I gained 15 lbs while I was in bootcamp while most of the guys lost weight. I played football and ran track (mile and half mile) while I was in high school, and every summer I had a job that was outside and physical. I came out of bootcamp in worse shape than I went in. When I asked the Chief that question, he yelled at me to get the #$^&%$ out of his office for some reason? I was being serious about wanting to go every night, honestly. I think he thought I was just being a smart @$$.

I’ve done Garand curls. I need to get back into doing that in the morning.

Hey, it’s like 8 or 9 pounds. An AR doesn’t give enough of a workout. :D

I'm gonna start doing the Garand daily pump too. Good idea. Less girlyman than a barbell.

If you really want “less girlyman,” load it first. :D
