About two years ago I ended up purchasing a CM9 after renting a S&W Airweight and Glock G43 (I already owned a K9). I haven't regretted it since then. I hope you enjoy your MK9!

Years ago when they were a fairly new item, I rented an MK9 to try it out. I was impressed that it was just as easy to shoot well as my K9. Never did buy one - I guess 'cause I didn't feel a need for pocket carry. But if one came along at the right price... ;)

Finally got to the range. Functioned perfectly and that trigger I get it now....it's awesome.

Handled great for such a small gun. Was more than accurate enough when I did my job.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200731/11f9587b0dfb07c32df5d9f5af0d38da.jpg

Congrats, @david.mailhot.96. What ammo did you shoot? (Were you able to shoot anything +P HP self-defense?) And, shooting distances?

I was somewhat worried when I bought my MK40 several years ago, because it was the smallest gun I had owned. However, it turned out to be one of the most accurate pistols in my collection, rivaling even the much larger SIG's, HK's and 1911's.

The wood grips look nice.

The wood grips look great! Imagine a dlc mk9 with those grips.

My EDC is a CM9. It's with me all the time. Light, thin, compact----it is a dream to carry. I have an MK9. It's a dream to shoot. I use my MK9 as a trainer for my CM9.

Never owned a polymer kahr and probably never will. I'm just not a fan of them. I carry a MK9 on my hip in either a IWB holster or OWB pancake holster.

What I like most about the MK9 is I can carry it OWB with an untucked t-shirt, it still conceals very well. The grip doesnt poke out, the bottom slide area of the holster doesnt show, and there's no printing at all. I can't get away with that with other single stack 9mm's.

Shot some regular 115 bulk ammo and some Lehigh Defense.

I will be using the Lehigh standard pressure for carry.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200812/f9b3d310bb2a25e0171e552a862c0780.jpg
