To build a custom AR-15 (https://www.custom-ar15.com/), you need a lot of patience, and in fact, perseverance is the key. Please start with the receiver as it is the home to all the gun components. Always remember that you have to register the element with the federal department before you use it. If you don't have the proper paperwork, then it will be considered as an eighty percent or unfinished receiver. Civilians refer to them as ghost guns because it is difficult to identify them accurately.

Welcome to the forum. I wish I (or you) had any clue what you are talking about.

What I would post would probably be considered a personal attack so I'll just say that I would start with the trigger pivot pin since it is the cheapest part and work my way up from there. Do I have to register each element? Is the trigger pivot pin and element?

This week I sent out two emails to the wrong recipients, and both times got back the "uh . . . I've no idea what you're talking about - you sure you have the right 'John Thomas'?"
Now I know what those two email recipients felt like . . .
"Uh . . . you sure you have the right Kahrtalk?" :p
