CM45 Spring Assembly in a CW45?

Does anyone know if the spring assembly for a CM 45 will work in a CW 45?

I doubt it. The CW has a guide rod and spring. The CM is a one piece contained unit with a inner and outer spring. The CW is a larger gun. I tried checking part numbers on Kahrs site but doesn't work since they are different.
