In 1994 after the dissolution of the Soviet Union the Ukraine held 1/3 of all nuclear weapons in the world…….The Clinton administration along with what later became the European Union promised Ukraine that if they destroyed their large stockpile of former Soviet nuclear weapons under the Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty they would always be protected by America and Europe and not to worry about future Russian military aggression……...Moral of this story is don’t surrender your guns no matter what anybody promises because you might just need them someday……
