If I were to buy a p45 slide would my cw45 parts fit in it minus the sights of course?

If I were to buy a p45 slide would my cw45 parts fit in it minus the sights of course?
All the CW45 slide internals will fit in the P45 slide. The CW45 barrel and guide rod may be slightly long and protrude from the P45 slide more than they would from the CW45 slide. I haven't fired a gun configured that way, but I don't think that would cause any function issues.

Thank you Greg for your reply..I’d definitely be ordering the p45 guide rod and maybe the barrel later on...just something I’m messing around with.
