Hello NickL welcome to Kahrtalk…..Not sure what pistol you are wanting to use this on but if you want something that works and a company that stands behind their products look at Crimson Trace, they work but aren’t cheap, there are many other less expensive products on the marker but you will not be sorry you spend the extra bucks for a CT……Again welcome to the forum….

I second that, and also recommend the TLR offerings.

Sorry, Magnum Research 1911GR (I did put that in the thread title).

Never heard it called that before. So it's a 1911G with a rail. Didn't know they had that option either. I have a 1911G actually 2, one blued and one stainless and a 1911C Blued. Like to get another C in stainless. No idea why, guess I just like shiny stuff.

Magnum Research only made them for a short while. Stock photo: https://www.genitron.com/HandgunDB/DBImages/mr-de1911-gr.gif

Anyway, a Crimson Trace CMR-206 should fit, correct?
