CW9 front rail missing?

It appears that about 1/2 of the right front metal rail is missing. I dont remember any particular event when it happened. It is at least 7 years old and I guess out of warranty. I will give Kahr a call anyway. Who knows?

I gave them a call and was told to send them an email with info and a pic. We shall see...
