I usually carry a PM9 IWB at 8 o'clock (left handed). I couldn't make appendix carry work because I was too fat. I managed to lose 75 lbs so I decided to try appendix. Actually left side so at 11 o'clock.

I tried a Vedder comfort tuck holster. It was excellent quality but I could not get it situated comfortably so I returned it. Vedder was great. I had the holster for several weeks and they accepted the return and were quite pleasant about it.

I was still wanting to try 11 o'clock IWB carry so I ordered a Vedder Lighttuck Kydex IWB for a P380. The adjustable cant permits fine tuning to make it comfortable. The fit of the gun is excellent, retention is adjustable and quite good. There is a positive click when it seats properly and has upside down retention with a perfectly smooth pull.

There was one thing not quite perfect. The side of the holster against my body was poking me a bit and rubbing a little. Not bad, just enough to be annoying. I got some 3/16ths neoprene with adhesive backing and trimmed it to size. Exactly what was needed.

It is so comfortable I forget it is there.

I also got the IWB mag carrier. It too has the adjustable cant.

Don't leave home without it.

I have tow primary holsters for my P365's A Kusiak tuckable and a Vedder Light tuck. I use the Vedder about 90% of the time.I did get the wing attachment and it does move the but of the gun much closer to the body. It is a gimic that works. Veeder's quality is second to none and the adjustability for ride height and cant makes it so versatile for whatever carry position you may prefer. At 6'3" and 200# I prefer AIWB and practice draws numerous times a day. I will post a pic of both the Kusiak and Vedder just for size comparison. The Kusiak tuckable rides much lower and it will somewhat slow your ability to get a full hand grip without playing with the cant. Both are top quality products.

I too have a Vedder Light Tuck for my CW40. I got it with the wing but it didn't seem to work right for me, so I took it off. It is super comfortable for me and if I ever get another concealed carry pistol--my brother and I are talking about me taking his SIG P365 in a few months--I'll be putting it in a Vedder also. I've tried a bunch of IWB holsters and Vedder is the one that worked for me.
