7mm bullets

I shoot IHMSA silhouette, and I can't find any 139 or 140 grain 7mm bullets,
so does anyone know what's going on with these 2 weights of bullets?

7 IHMSA looks interesting, never heard of it before. A search located some 140g at Graf’s.
