I just wanted to send a shout out to the community
Does anyone have experience with night sights or other sights other than the factory P380's? I have a hard time seeing them at the range with safety glasses on, and since i'm farsighted have a hard time focusing on them anyway. I also have crimson trace on it which I love, but need to improve sighting in daylight. Any advise would be appreciated.

Have you tried magnified reading/safety glasses?

Yeah, what dao said. A friend of mine normally uses 2.5 readers, but has a set of 1.0 for the gun range. Says it works well.
3M makes safety glasses with cheaters at the bottom and the Top. So you don't have to hold you head so far back.

I would suggest trying XS BIG DOT sights. Easy to see.

I also love the XS Big Dots or even the standard dots. They show up well. All my shooting glasses have the cheaters on the bottom, I've not had a pair with them on the top. I mostly use them to see the ammo to make sure I'm not putting a 40 in my 45. Been there, done that. I guess I don't need them for the sights.
It's important in my feeble opinion to practice how you carry, shoot without the glasses a bit so you'll have a little idea about real life which hopefully will never happen but one never knows.

#3 on the XS Big Dots. I would like to try the Speed Sights, but they don't make them for my firearms.
