Well guys I recently bought a P380, I really like the feel and the finish of the gun. So far I'm glad I bought it.

I just shot it today, and it's a nice little piece. I have multiple failures to feed, a couple early slide lockbacks and a few fail to ejects. She has about 150 rounds through her now, mostly sellier & Bellot FMJ and 50 UMC FMJ. I shot 6 Hornady critical defense loads and 6 Winchester SE HP.

I am not too worried about the issues, I'm gonna run another 100-200 FMJ rounds through her and see what happens. I was also pleased with how little felt recoil there was.

Hopefully she smooths out in the next hundred rounds or so and I can carry it with confidence.

Now that's what I call a great picture. Bullets, carbon build up around barrel, weathered wood....doesn't get better. Congrats on your new pistol and successful range outting.

Mine did not like the Hornady Critical Defense either. It's like a triangle shape on the end, did not feed well. I can shoot it through other things, and love the Kahr P380, carry it routinely.

Oh, very sweet pic's.

hope you did a proper prep of your new kahr also. Stick witht he fmj ammo until the gun is reliable, then experiment withthe defense rounds the gun and shooter both hav eto mate up correctly to, as this is one smallhandgun and it takes some rounds down range to get use dto this little gun. Very accurate gun though, one of the best shooters I have ever shot in the 380 class.
