I’m looking to purchase a Kahr MK40, from what I can find literally nobody is selling one online right now, and none of my LGS’ have one. Preferably an Elite 03 but not required. Located in IL, but I’m willing to buy out of state if you can ship it through an FFL.

This might be tough to find. Kahr isn't currently making any guns in 40 caliber. I was told specifically that this doesn't mean they won't produce them again at a later date. Apparently focusing on other things.

The Elites have always been harder to find, folks don't want to part with them and the pool especially with no new production has obviously dried up pretty quickly.

Saw that one, website looks sketchy + too expensive. From what IÂ’ve seen all the used mk40 models regularly change hands for $400-$650, not looking to pay any more than that.

For anyone interested, there’s three mk40’s for sale in display case at Tommy Gun Warehouse in Greeley, PA.
They are new, so a little pricey. There has been a holiday sale, 15% of new Kahr pistol, it maybe still on, that could help with purchase.
