Were all the NYPD guns stainless? Were any authorized with the black finish?

And, what holsters were authorized? I’m sure it was something off the wall like Jay Pee or Cobra.

Mine came in black finish. Part of a NYPD surplus order by my dealer. Also came with Night Sights.
