Nice. If I ever buy another new Kahr, it will be a T variant. On the prowel for a CT45 now.

Your nightstand must be very happy. Using the ribbed portion of the bike tube makes for a nice grip.

Nice!
So it appears the TP9-2 is just a blackened version of my ST9??
Mine is the "night stand" (in rapid access safe) piece as well.

edit to add...
I know the ST9 gets very little love -- but that's why the purchase price was SO attractive!

My TP9-2 was a whopping $531 shipped, well below MSRP, from The Gun Dock in Kentucky.

All Kahr slides should be DLC black. With that said, if it is a TP45 then we’re talken.
edit: Almost forgot to mention, my TP45 was $390 delivered.

Au Contrare DJK, I like a stainless slide at least some of the time. Of late I'm getting more comfy with the black finished slides. Looks great with stag grips on those where grips can be swapped.
My PM45 came with the DLC finish. It had to go back long long ago for an issue. After a long wait I found they didn't have any DLC slides, I inquired about a Stainless and I got it back the very next day. I like the stainless which I polished some a lot.

Nice addition John! The olight looks like a perfect upgrade too. Slimmer than the TRL’s I have on some of mine. Being how slim the Kahr is, one of mine would look out of place there.

Thanks, the light came with the Keltec P17 I bought used. Someone got it for his mom for home defense, and they didn’t like it.

I don' t know how the ST9 fits in with the differences between the TP9 (luxury) and the CT9 (economical), but the TP9-2 falls in between. It has the nicer slide (dovetailed front sight, nicer engraving) and the polygonal barrel of the TP9. However, the it has the cheaper MIM slide-stop of the bargain pistols.
