I've been looking for a leather holster for my APX A1 compact. It's not on very many holster lists along with many of the other smaller firearms. I've seen Azula holsters for sale for quite some time on many different sites. I purchased one of their 2 slot pancake holsters. They are straight up $49.95 with free shipping. My firearm was not listed on their list, so I went directly to the maker. It was/is just going to be my bang around holster. I wasn't sure if they had something that fit. Had an email conversation and even though the gun isn't on their list, they said no problem, this is the size number and I ordered it then. I figured maybe it was the same holster that they make for the Nano or Pico. They said up to 3 weeks delivery time and it showed up exactly 3 weeks later. You can get them on fleabay shipped the same day depending on the model. I wasn't expecting top notch leather but it's pretty nice for the denaro. Edges are finished nicely, stitching is nice, and it has a top comfort shield for the skin. It has an extra piece sewn on top to keep the top from having any fold in issues. It's stiff, and tight which I expected. I'd rather have it stiff so I can self-mold my firearm in. Should break in nicely. It does have an open bottom. I know that bothers some. I wouldn't purchase one to carry a nice piece in because the inside isn't finished as nicely as a more expensive holster. I think it was a good deal for what my use for it will be...........................It's apple season, so I made a batch of applesauce. Jonathan's, Honey Crisp's, Paula Red's, and Macoun's, one of my favorites. I use brown sugar instead of white, cinnamon, pinch of salt and a couple squeezes of lemon juice at the end of cooking. Delicious. Made some a week ago out of 100 yr. old orchard apples. The wifey said it was the best applesauce she's ever had. Probably because they had a back flavor of pear. My faves, the Macoun's have a cherry back round.
