New Mk40 user - Nice gun but grip screws fell off!

Brought it to the range earlier, I only had one jam at round 294 out of 300.

However - the screws fell off the grip. The remaining ones were very loose. Is this common?

Use a small amount of "Blue Locktite" to hold them in place.

The grip screws on my MK9 loosen over time, but it only seems to be the top screws. As sharpetop said, a little blue locktite will do the trick.
