Rhetorical is mostly in play when asking a question for which you don't expect an answer. One of it's meanings is also "Given to emphasis of style at the expense of thought." That's me. I often speak at the expense of thought.

I don't think you're weird in not liking Tequila. I got drunk on it once in my late teens or early twenties and I haven't touched it since. The smell is enough to turn my head from it.

I love coffee too, though of late I'm trying to limit myself to 4 cups a day. But that's only because of the acid. But I'm finding that by limiting myself most of the time, on those occasions when I do have more it doesn't bother my stomach as much. Yep, we'd get along fine. :)

As far as Tequila goes I’d rather drink brake parts cleaner, much better taste……Now I’ve never drank any Rhetorical liquor before but once back in the mid 70’s during a losing Falcons game my buddy and I were drinking some clear liquor I think was called Affidavit and it was probably to blame for my involvement in a minor parking lot scrum that later ended up with me sitting a police lockup room for a very long night……..The next morning I remember having a world class headache and the sun being very blinding bright while I fished out enough money they gave me back to get a cab home to my apartment…….I have never touched any hard liquor since that grand adventure with Affidavit, it’s bad stuff……….

Nice 56.....mine was all black. Kind of cool story on mine. Mine was originally sold in from dealer here in Minnesota; next it went to Montana. The original owner passed away and car came back to Minnesota, by grandson. I saw a small ad in paper selling it back in 1979 and bought it. It had under 20k on it, still had original window sticker and title issued in 1956 with it. I even found and UNPAID traffic citation under the front seat from Montana, stating that $1.00 was owed. I wish would not of needed the money back then ended up selling it.

Things have changed……Last week in Fannin County Georgia which is in the north Ga mountains where people know how to take care of themselves 41 year old mother of 4 Brittany Patterson took her oldest son for a doctor’s appointment and left 10 year old two weeks from 11 year old son Soren at home…..Soren decided to walk to the Dollar General store less than a mile away along a 2 lane road which he had done many times when he ran into Karen who thought he was lost or something and asked if he needed help……..Soren later told Police that he thought she was weird and ran into the store to get away from her………Well Karen wasn’t having any of that and called the Fannin County Sheriff dept. who sent a deputy out and took Soren back home all 3/4 mile of it and waited for his mom Brittany to come home from the doctor apt then handcuffed her in front of her children and took her to jail charged with Reckless Endangerment……….This has become quite a national news story about “The Nanny State” and government overreach into people’s life……….Not sure how this case will turn out but I hope she sues the county for everything they have………Now if the law knew all the crap I did when I was 11 years old I might have to head to Mexico but damn it sure was fun and I’m still alive……..
