I just bought a K40, my first Kahr.
K40 Elite 03, $361 +transfer and tax. It is enroute, looking forward to shooting it.
I own many firearms, but never had a Kahr (just don't drive that much...)
Will let y'all know how she shoots

I'm guessing the gun's used and is likely already broke in.
Be advised, my NIB MK40 Elite was tight as a drum.
Difficult to field strip and had FTF issues for several hundred rounds.
Simply shooting the gun resolved these problems.

A trick I learned off the internet to remove the slide -
1) Leave an empty magazine in the gun.
2) Pull the slide back to the witness marks and push out the slide stop.
3) Remove the magazine, pull the trigger and remove the slide.

IMHO all guns (i.e. barrels) are unique.
My particular specimen prefers (groups better) with 180 gr rounds.
They (180 gr) also have less felt recoil (for me).
