I just picked up a PM45 second hand.I took it up to the range yesterday to give it a spin.O'H by the way I am not new to Kahr, I have had all of there guns over the years I just don;t buy new I let the first guy break it in:).But this is a first for me,PM45 would not run ball ammo worth a dam.It would catch 2 out of 5 spent shell caseings not really a stove pipe, but like the shell was not leaving the gun fast enough. The shells that did eject had a V shaped rip in the brass like a pumpkin tooth.Could not even be used to reload. So I tryed HOT stuff,Buffalo boar,Black hills JHP and it ran much much better.I am at a loss it like the PM45 is running backwards from all other small autos.I always had good run with Ball ammo and problems with JHP ammo.Has anybody ever had this happen to them.Whats up with this, could use a little help here. Thanks Tony the C:rolleyes:

Mine also seems to favor the hotter types of ammo. I think it's tight and the hotter stuff just makes it run. Not knowing how many rounds yours has thru it it might just need a recoil spring. What brand of ball ammo were you shooting thru it?

I think Bawanna is right on concerning the recoil spring. I have a pm45 and have not had a problem with Fed. or Rem.
