New Wolff Sprins PM-40

Just completed installation of new return spring set from Wolff. Don't have any different overall length with new vs old. BUT effort required to install it, (plunger and springs), into the slide is very, very, very different, much harder, also used BLUE Loctite not the RED as stated by Wollf. Anybody know the difference , RED vs BLUE, and do I need to redo plunger with RED? BTW Replaced springs because of "Round Count" approx 2000, no malfunctions after break-in. Will take it to range later and prove function.

The red is just more permanent, the blue is more for things that you might have to dissasemble. I'd just keep a close eye on it and if it works loose at all redo it with red.
I'd actually like to see them some how cross pin that puppy so it has a mechanical lock. A few here have lost that front piece and are out of business till a new one arrives. Usually free but still not good.
