I'm looking for an OWB for my CW9 and would appreciate any thoughts and recommendations. I'm thinking a bit of a forward cant might work best, but please share your experience. Thanks.

I've been very happy with the Mitch Rosen Premier. This holster has good forward cant, is easy on and off, has no thumb strap and holds the pistol close. It fits all four of my Kahrs. That's a P9 pictured, but the CW would also fit.

I carry in my Josh Bulman highride almost every time I take it out. Great comfortable holster.

Here's another Mitch Rosen holster, this one slotted. Pictured with a P45. Both of these Mitch Rosen holsters have a degree of cant that I like, as it makes drawing easier when I carry in the 3:30 position.

The only other belt holster I've used for a Kahr is the Hume Jit Slide, which I did not like. Too hard to wear as I like, and a clumsy draw.
