I said in a thread a couple of weeks ago that although I had tried most all of them, I had never found an IWB that I liked. Well, maybe that's changed. I ran across the Remora holsters in another forum about 10 days ago. It's an IWB or pocket holster with no clips or snaps to connect to the belt, so it can be positioned exactly where you want it. I was sceptical, but since they're only $25 + $5 shipping I ordered one. I got the Series 11, which is for large semi's, and it arrived today. They even sent a mag carrier for free. [works well for my cell phone too] I've been wearing it for several hours, including a short trip in the car, with my heaviest gun, and it hasn't slipped a mm. That's with a 'Docker' style pair of pants and NO BELT. The little PM45 is sorta swallowed in the larger holster, but still reachable.
so it just "sticks" in place? nothing to hold it there? what if you are of the female type and have to pull your pants down to do your business?

Me thinks you'll have to remove gun and holster prior any attempt to do business.
I already slapped myself for my uncalled for previous post. I'll report to the time out corner immediately and contemplate my transgressions.
:D:D:D
that wouldn't work too good for me. in a public restroom, there isn't always a good place to lay or hang even a purse, much less a gun. and I SURE wouldn't wanna accidentally leave it behind.
but I'm tickled that you found an IWB that works for you.

Yes, it just sticks there, [and stick it does, so far] but it's made with a very 'tacky' rubberized material. It's extremely easy to remove or replace, should it be necessary for, ur, some activity. I'm not sure yet that it's my IWB holster, but it works better than the others I've tried.
I'm sorry, TD2K, but not being of the female persuasion, I don't have any imput on that subject.
Bawanna, remember, no camera!

Well I guess I've discovered another positive thing about wheelchairs. You can't be in the chair and on the throne at the same time. So the chair becomes the perfect storage area for things worn about the waist. I'm not sure how I ever got along before when vertical. Paddle double mag pouch, cell phone, 1911, SOG knife, all on the chair. The PM45 remains in place on the ankle. Plus everything is readily accessible if a neer do well tries to take advantage of ya while your back field is in motion. Also no fear of leaving your tools behind as they go back on your belt prior to relocating to the chair.
Am I a lucky guy or what?
