I found a link to The Holster Store (http://www.theholsterstore.com/)in the Crimson Trace Forum. They offer lots of holsters for Kahr. There is a separate category for Crimson Trace equipped guns.

Anybody ever buy from them?

Not me, though I like their prices and selection.
I walked through their selection and checkout process, though, and I'm not sure how they'll know what weapon you're trying to fit a holster to.
