Well I was all settled in to sending my slide to Kahr to have night sights installed. The problem was I didn't want to be without my weapofor 2 weeks until I have a differnt EDC. Thats when I had some suggestions on the Crimson Trace. I researched for several days and decided to jump. I then spent a few hours checking price's and I found that pistol-lasergrips on ebay was the best price and quickest shipping. I gave 167.90. I ordered on 11/20/10 it was in the mailbox on 11/22/10. It also came with a promotion of free batteries for life!!!! Great deal in my Opinion. Now onto the important stuff..........
first impression, this thing is lite, it weighs ounces. The install was very quick, snap a battery in, then snap the two halves over the trigger guard, tighten two small allen heads and done. Whenever you grip the gun it just naturally turns on with pressure from your second finger. Two grips in and I had it down. I have worked with this alot, the draw did not slow down at all, the things I really like is now you can shoot in all differnt positions. it seems very durable, It looks very natural on the cw9. The color match's perfect, very very quick target acquisition just draw and its there. All in all I am very pleased with it. just fits for me. I also ended up getting a owb holster from rich_n_christine on ebay. They are actually Clament Custom Leather. Seam to be much cheaper on ebay than on on his website. it was made for the cw9 with the crimson trace on it. It was a steal at 39.99, it is molded leather fits very nicely, black just very well made. The holster makes me happy also. I am pleased with all things involved with my edc....cw9+ct+ccl holster=:D:D:D

It does look nice, I think that's one of the best pictures of the set up I've ever laid eyes on. I think the laser set up is a great training aid and utilize them for that more than anything else. I don't have one on my Kahrs but there could come a time and your not helping me one bit in trying to put that date off.

I'm a little confused, did you like the setup? sounded a little unclear.

As it were I do like it!! But my wife REALLY likes it! We will see maybe I will upgrade her from the Kimber mace gun. But bottom line is it's a great setup.

That is a good deal and looks great, laser and you still have the sights. Take a photo of the pistol holster combination.

I just got done shooting my CW9 with CT laser. I too like it a lot. Very efficient for SD. You are right on about shooting from different positions. I carry mine in a High Noon Mr. Softy iwb. It is very comfortable.

Darn nice looking combo, holster looks top notch.

You really are fat!

Dang it I can't believe I said that. I'm going out to the wood shed and cut myself a switch. Momma said if you got nothing nice to say don't say nothing at all and thats all I got to say about that.

Truth be told, other than I don't stand up, we could be twin brothers. I have to inhale like I do when Angels walk past just to draw. I'm sad to report I've lost my six pack abs and now have an 18 pack value pack even though I rarely indulge in the hops myself.

I'm waiting for a wheelchair derelict edition of biggest loser, I'd also like the same thing in survivor, where do they find those losers.

Ok checklist,
Wasn't nice, check
jacked the thread, check
added another person that will want to hunt me down and choke the life out of me, check.

ok bye

Could you put a hogue grip on there without interfering with the laser button?

Wheelchair? That doesn't sound good! I have lost 57 pounds, I have alot to go as you can see. Well with the holidays I may go the wrong direction! I am pleased with the whole setup. Very comfortable. I have had it on since 9am and I just forget it's on. As soon as I lose 50 more I am going to try iwb.

Yes I seen a picture where they put it on the put the laser on. But I feel I grip it more positive with the laser on there now.

I'm with ya brother, if I could lose 50 or maybe even 40 I'd be nearly the man I used to be in a sitting down sort of way. And that would be OK!

I weighed >200 lbs and had been diagnosed with diabetes. I'm insulin free and weighing 158 and haven;t felt this good since I was 25.

It works, but you gotta want it.

Nice pistol, I have a PM9 with a Crimson Trace on it. They are great combos.

I'm in. I'm right there with ya. Around 200, should be about 150 or 140. I'll check this thing out.

I can see a Kahrtalk Biggest Loser in our future. I'm voting out jshull, he's the biggest threat unless he wants to form an alliance.

Would be darn nice to feel good again. I think I want it.

Slow and steady wins the race. It does work.

Set realistic goals, like 5-10 lbs and then keep resetting them and stay on top of what/how much your eating.
I've "guesstimated" most of the time. Don't try to be to detailed, just get used to understanding what you're eating and how much.
The good part, exercise is optional, but eat your calories if you do.

My wife uses it (20 lbs), my in-laws and co-workers, all have lost weight. My doctor recommends it to his other patients after I told him about it.
He is been amazed at my progress. I just needed to know what to do.

It's available for the iphone.
God Speed.

I have the same setup, cw9 / crimson trace. I use a bike tire tube that covers the activation switch and angles high to the beaver tail. I have been carrying in either an uncle mikes number one I think, or a desantis superfly I modified to fit (cut out the stiching and restitched for the crimson trace). I either IWB with the uncle mikes or in my back right pocket with the superfly. Real nice setup.

A local guy is making me a IWM leather with snap loops on it for
$25. we will see how that turns out.

well I used this since that very day, I have lost another 17lbs through the holidays even!!!
the other thing I used through the holidays was my CT still works great, holding up like a champ. I think I am going to shoot again tomorrow after work. I have carried this set up every single day since I got it and have on one complaint. I have been working on my draw and have gotten very very quick!!! I am going to try and do some videos soon.

Thanks for the info on the holster I've been looking at that as well. Was hoping to see someone's opinion on it before I pulled the trigger. Ordered the High Noon topless -but it's going to take a couple months -so I guess I'll have 2 holsters. Well I guess that means I have to buy another CW9 - darn I hate when that happens.
