I think my urge has been fueled by watching 3:10 to Yuma with the missus last night, but I find myself really wanting a Schofield revolver....having a Smith would be nice but I think i'd settle for an Uberti or even an EMF....I just really like the way those guns look.....

I knew it, I think we're twins separated at birth. I just love those things. I definitely have to go with one of the modern replicas, the real ones are bloody expensive.
I think from my research that Taylors is the one I want, I think a 5" version.
45 Colt definitely.

Remember an earlier post where it was mentioned we think we're content and have everything we want and or need!
I hate you Justin. You've just reignited another burning desire.
I guess on the bright side, I was torn between a Schofield and a Cbob. I went with the Cbob, now I can focus on just one target. Yeah right, like that's gonna happen.

Those aren't priced too bad...and knowing MSRP is usually a bit high compared to what you can buy them for.....hmmmm.....I Really need to sell my P45

Gosh darn you Justin, I'm trying to stay vertical so I'm whittling on grips an decide to watch a movie on a little tv I have in my man cave. Can't find anything exciting, wife says she'll get one of my son's movies to watch.
I kid you not, she brings me 3:10 to Yuma! I think this is a conspiracy or something. That bad dude really wielded that Schofield well. Great movie.
I hate you for sharing. NOT.

I really like that movie - especially at the end when Ben Wade decides to wipe out his crew and shoots them all real fast like....Man 'O Man the hole he puts in the center of Carlie Prince before walking over and finishing him with his own Schofield.....

Speakin of movies, My son and I went to see "True Grit" Sunday and I loved it...I am a die hard Duke fan but IMHO this film was much better than the original and was far more realistic...I really hope this continues to be a Hollywood trend, making new westerns because I hate most of the new, high tech flicks with people flying through the air while firing two guns all while never getting knicked by 40 bad guys shooting machine guns and cars blowing up after a shot to the door, Yea right....well maybe if it was a Colt Dragoon or something.......I think I'll watch 3:10 tonight while finishing up loading some .45 ACP I started before Christmas....
