Amen to that. I'd have to add Seattle and most parts west. Olympia? Most if not all west of the Cascades. The libs multiply like rabbits. Sorry rabbits, that was a unjustified slam.

Same problem Colorado would be facing if it's liberal population were less moderate or it's rural minority had less leverage; tg for the cowboy heritage. Sixty percent of the state's population lives in the almost people's republic of Denver Metro and is solid majority democrat. City/county of Denver is "home rule" exempt from much state law preemption and has assault weapons ban, pit bull ban, and vehicle impound/confiscation law for no drivers license on person when stopped.
