First time here. I gotta say, I have handled Kahrs at the shops but it took my a while to come around. After years of fighting with a G33 that never fit my hand well and a 1911 that didn't conceal well, I finally took a friends advice and picked up a CW9. Man am I in love with that trigger. Much easier to conceal, fits my hand better, and I am much more accurate with a Kahr than I am with a Glock.
6 months later and a lonely PM9 came home for the new year.
Range Report:
PM9 is just as accurate as my CW9. The PM9 does seem to be a little smoother in operation and the trigger is shorter. (I suppose my CW9 doesn't have the Elite Trigger.) There is a bit more recoil and less muzzle flip with the PM9 but 100% manageable. Both fed every ammo brand I had on hand including 147gr. Golden Saber. I shot a total of 200 rounds.
Now for the question:
While cleaning my PM9 I noticed that just below the forward frame rail on the right side of the frame, there was exposed metal. My guess is it is a part of the rail. MY CW9 does not show this and has polymer up to the rail as I would imagine it should. Has anyone else seen this?
Thanks!
