Hello fixxr and welcome to Kahrtalk. I have not had to return any of my Kahrs to the mothership but a few members here have. Seems like you only need just give them a call and someone there will hook you up with whatever you need. Hopefully, someone here with return experience will chime in soon.

back home it went to day pre-paid by Kahr w/detailed letter of all the issues. I hope they get it it straightened out.
