Which mags came with your P9

The Kahr website and brochure indicate two 7-round mags. Mine came with one 7-round mag and one 8-round extended mag. I remember looking at PM9s at the store and the clerk showed me the two different mags that came with it...but when I decided on the P9 I thought it was only going to be the shorter ones. The P9 with the almost full length grip doesn't benefit much from the extended mag...other than the +1 round.

Not a big deal...just curious.

My P9 came with a 7 round mag and an 8 round mag. I believe the benefit is having a back up mag with one extra round. It does not affect how I grip the pistol at all. In fact I bought a second 8 round mag so I have two spares with the extra round capacity...

Mine was used and came with 8 seven round and 5 eight round magazines.:D You mean that wasn't normal? :rolleyes:

Good question. I've seen new P9s listed with both combinations of mag. I also wonder why Kahr does this. I think the "normal" package is two 7 round mags.
