Wow! She sure is purty! I have not tried a steel Kahr yet. Only have shot a P380 and CW9.
I bet she shoots nice!

Not an Elite, but a 1996 vintage K40:

Now, isn 't that a beautiful sight! Not only is the K9 easy on the eyes and fits in my hand like a glove, he shoots flawlessly. Yeah, I have the same model.

Here's my Elite, I wish I knew how to take pictures as well as the O.P. though!
Before the work was done to it: (shown with my Satin Nickel P229)

And, AFTER the work was done to it. (High polish on slide/bbl/rod/etc, wood grips, etc.)

Does the ported barrel really help? Never had one so I don't know. Thanks

Very nice! I assume the K9 Elite never came in black? What did you have it coated with? More angles please ;-)

Yes, it does make an appreciable difference on the K40. There is less muzzle flip and it's easier to get back on target quicker.

Nope! And mine isn't either. The low key lighting does give it a darker look, but it is all stainless.
Thanks.

I've enjoyed looking at the pics of your beautiful guns... so much so that I coudn't resist ordering a vanilla K9 9093 for myself. It seems to me the K9 has a look of elegance not all Kahr pistols have.

You guys make me sick! ;) My K9 Elite has been at my ffl since this past Monday. He works another job and between both our schedules we couldn't get together to do the transfer until yesterday. So I get over there give him my ccw and $25, fill out the form. He hands me the K9 and gets on the phone with NICS.
I'm fondling the K9 and enjoying it's stainless beauty. It fits my hand like we have been made for each other. The mag drops freely from the mag well, the slide edges are polished so nicely. I'm drifting off to nirvana when I'm jolted back to reality by my ffl saying "you've been put on delay"
ARRGGHHH!!! Same thing happened last year when I bought my AK. So I had to leave the K9 behind. I can't pick it up until Thursday unless NICS calls him back sooner.
A nice set of checkered wood grips awaits the beauty when she gets home as well as a stainless mag base. Until then the painful wait continues. :hurt:

Beautiful photos. How do you guys shoot these things and never get a scratch on them?

Geez, do you guys ever take these guns out and shoot them or do you just dress them up purty and take pictures? :D
Most of those look like they've never been fired.

Oh man.....
I had suppressed the itch to get a K9 Elite 2003.
These pics got it going in full force again. Had one in my hands, hesitated a nanosecond and something came up that I couldn't buy it.
I definitely see one of these in my future.
Awesomely beautiful weapons folks.
