CW40 excellent condition like new

I have a CW40 I bought last february. I have probably fired less than 400 rds through it with zero malfunctions. I have carried the gun very little. I originally bought the gun for off-duty use at the former police department I worked for. I am now going to a 9mm department and will not be able to use this. I also have another standard 6 round magazine included. I may consider a trade or partial trade in a 9mm compact. I am asking $375 and prefer local transactions near northeast ohio

If it's for off duty use you should be able to carry whatever you want. :confused:
