Slow to load?

This probably should be in Tech Support, but there seems to be little traffic there. I have high speed satellite & a new computer. It takes a LONG time to load on this site, every page. Does anyone else have this problem? I do not have this problem anywhere else. I love this site & my Kahrs!

No such thing as high speed satellite :). Just speaking from experience - 7 years with no alternative. Now I have a 4G modem and wow what a difference; even in my remote little piece of paradise.

Satellite providers throttle the home user (even the premium subscriber) back at certain times and with specific parts of the net. Try loading this web site at 4am and see if it's any faster. I think you might be surprised at the difference.

Thank you all for responding. HughsNet lets me pay $70 a month for their " High Speed" service. It is much better than dial up was. I'm out in the sticks & cannot get cable. As I said, this is the only site that is slow for me.
